11.1 Donations: SRC accepts online donations through the Website and a third party processor, Stripe.com. By making a donation, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

11.1.1 Accuracy of Information: You represent and warrant that all information provided by you in connection with the donation is accurate, complete, and current. SRC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any donation if it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of funds. 

11.1.2 Tax Deductibility: SRC is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations made to SRC may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance. 

11.1.3 Refunds: SRC generally does not offer refunds for donations. If you believe a donation has been made in error or have any concerns, please contact SRC’s donor services for assistance. 

11.1.4 Use of Donations: SRC will use donations in accordance with its mission and purposes and prioritizes donor intent. SRC retains the right to redirect preferenced donations to other areas of need as it deems necessary or appropriate. The regular practice of SRC is to notify donors if funds are redirected to a ministry or project at variance from that donor’s initial intent.
